Enterprise Solutions & Community Connections focuses on understanding how communication, coordination, and volunteer networks function across Fairfield. Current efforts center on discovery and collaborative planning to inform future tools, partnerships, and initiatives, as needed.
ES & CC Supporting Plan
The Enterprise Solutions & Community Connections (ES & CC) subcommittee focuses on strengthening the connective systems that support Fairfield’s long-term resilience. This work emphasizes understanding existing communication channels, volunteer capacity, and economic support structures, then identifying opportunities to better coordinate efforts, share resources, and inform future community and economic initiatives.
This subcommittee’s role is primarily discovery, alignment, and planning, with early implementation focused on mapping systems, convening partners, and testing coordination models.
Building a Thriving Economy
This focus area centers on understanding Fairfield’s existing workforce, education, and entrepreneurship landscape. Early efforts emphasize mapping programs, identifying gaps, and aligning partners to inform future strategies that support local businesses, innovation, and long-term economic vitality.
